This course has been specifically designed for this age group, and there is no prerequisite.
Who: Any kids ages 10-15, including non-campers
Where: Camp Alvernia
When: August 27-29, 10am-4pm each day (must attend all dates)
Fee: $250, payable to the course instructor at the start of the course
NOTE: We are not accepting credit card payments for this course.

The accelerated version of the course requires self-study, and participants must pick up a course book from instructor Nick Graci prior to the start of the course.
Who: Ages 12 and up
Prerequisite: Anyone born in 1996 and younger must also have NYS boating certificate

When: August 30th, 9am-6pm
Fee: $200, payable to the course instructor at the start of the course

Camp Alvernia is a US Powerboating training center. Safe Powerboat Handling is a NASBLA-approved course, and satisfies the NYS boating license requirement for those boaters born after 1996.
