Pool Project

Learning to swim is a necessary life skill, especially in our community. We are planning to add two new pools, including a wading pool just for our 4-7 year olds. We welcome your support for this important project.

The pool project has been a decade-long vision for Camp Alvernia’s future, beginning with former camp director Brother Robert LaFave, O.S.F.

Centerport-based architect Frank Falino has worked closely with us to design a new pool area which will double our swim space and greatly improve our instructional swim program.

You can donate by credit card by clicking the blue Donate button below. You can also mail your donation to the address at the bottom of the page.

We’re also offering the opportunity to Etch Your Name Into Camp Alvernia History by sponsoring a gift brick on the new pool patio! Click here to find out more!

Camp Alvernia is a 501c3 non-profit organization, and all donations are tax-deductible.

Thank you for your support!
